Philip is a martial arts and combat sports enthusiast with a passion for personal training and coaching. He started early on in life training in Taekwondo and then boxing in high school. He currently competes in grappling and brazilian jiu jitsu tournaments across the country and loves to incorporate his combat sports knowledge with his personal training. Strength, flexibility, mobility, and functionality are at the core of his training style. As an added bonus, if you’re interested and ask nicely, he’ll also teach you some fighting and self-defense techniques ;-) Philip is currently working on becoming an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
